Apology of NAACP San Francisco’s President
Rev. Dr. Amos C. Brown
San Francisco, January 9, 2024
The Asian Justice Movement (AJM) facilitated a productive sit down meeting today between representatives from the NAACP San Francisco and Mr. Chino Yang. We are pleased that Rev. Amos Brown, the NAACP SF President, apologized to Chino Yang. Mr. Yang accepted his apology.
Asians, like all Americans, deserve to have their political viewpoints heard, free from intimidation and harassment. AJM will continue to fight for Asian American equality in public policy, on the streets, and in the workplace.
We look forward to collaborating with the NAACP on common issues of concern.
